The Lions Club of Winslow in co-operation with the Winslow Show Association are organising the second 'Wheels in Winslow' vehicle display. What is it? On the success of last years event we have been given a larger area and look forward to seeing all owners of vehicles of interest. These can be Vintage, Classic, Modern, Agricultural, two, four or even three wheels! If you're proud of it ..... bring it along! All of the funds raised from this event will go to the Berks, Oxon and Bucks Air Ambulance appeal. We hope to have some awards for various classifications of vehicles (dependent on the attendees) but mainly this is an opportunity to bring your 'pride and joy' for others to enjoy and allow you (and friends) to also sample the delight of a good old fashioned Country Show. Where is it? There will be a dedicated Parking Area for the 'Wheels in Winslow' vehicles and the public will have free access to this area to admire and discuss. (Please be aware that the organisers hold no responsibility for the security of your vehicle so please be aware of this at all times) The entrance will be off the main route to the Main Car Park and will be manned by Stewards to direct you to the correct parking area. The Show Ground itself is opposite the famous Winslow Hall off the A413 (near to the Bell Hotel in Winslow) MK18 3HL will find it on your Sat Nav. When is it? August Bank Holiday Monday - 31st August 2010 from 11:00 am. How do I register?  Simply Download the Application Form to the left and attach it to the windscreen of your vehicle (if you have one!) and you will be directed to the 'Wheels in Winslow' Parking Area. A fee of £ 5 per vehicle will be paid on entrance and this will allow the driver and a passenger access to all the delights of the Winslow Show.
