We have raised over £ 2000 from this event and we thank you for your support!!

We are also aware of runners raising individual sponsorships, one runner raised over £ 2000 and another two (walkers!) raised over £ 400 ...well done. Please let us know what you have raised for other charities..

The Lions Club have now staged their first 10k road run.

229 runners completed the course around the quiet rural roads of North Bucks.

The first runner home was James Lawler from Bedford and County in a remarkable time of 32.04.

2nd place was the First Male Vet 40 M.Cadman in 34.10.

In 19th place the first Senior Female Milton Keynes athlete Sarah Cox in 40.53.

The first Vet 35 female was Julie Dalzell also from Milton Keynes AC.

Julie came in at 30th in 42.28.

In 35th position was the first male Vet 50 Brian Collins.

In 44th position came Catherine Jordan from Corby AC in 44.36

The weather was fine but a bit breezy. We would like to thank Bearbrook Joggers for the loan of road signs and Steve Rooney from Vale of Aylesbury runners for the superb production of results available so quickly. We hope to stage the same event next year.
